Best Affordable Luxury Villas in Siargao
Sandy Feet Siargao offers luxurious beachfront villas for rent on Siargao Island, Philippines. The villas are located within a 10-minute drive from world-class surf breaks such as Cloud 9 and Diniwid Beach break.
With a twice-daily maid service, free WiFi access, and 24/7 security staff for added peace of mind, staying at Sandy Feet Villas is a perfect way to experience the true Siargao lifestyle.
Consistently awarded with the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence year on year, it didn’t take too much convincing for us to choose to stay here.
Why did we choose to stay at Sandy Feet Siargao?
There were many options when looking at where to stay in Siargao, but Sandy Feet Villas seemed the best choice for us.
Many of the accommodation options in General Luna did not provide adequate privacy, tranquility or comfort, plus you pay extra for the privilege of being in the middle of everything.
Sandy Feet Siargao is only a short habal-habal away from General Luna ($3) and it made perfect sense for us to stay somewhere a little more luxurious without the higher price tags.
The villa itself had everything you could need and a delicious breakfast is served on your own private porch each morning, what’s not to love?!
Reliable hot running water and air-conditioning are also a must for us, with the bonus of being located right on the beach.
We had already booked to stay at Kermit Surf Resort for a few nights beforehand, so this was the mini luxury element of our getaway.
Where is Sandy Feet Siargao?
The villas at Sandy Feet Siargao are located about 3km west of General Luna in Siargao, making it the perfect location for those who want to be near all the action, but not right in the middle of it.
Sandy Feet is incredibly easy to find and situated on the main road behind a set of private gates. A habal-habal or moped ride takes no longer than 5 minutes into General Luna, where there are multiple restaurants and bars.
These gorgeous beachfront villas are located on Malinao Beach which provides plenty of privacy for those who would like somewhere peaceful to stay.
What are the Villas like at Sandy Feet Siargao?
The villas are all spacious with wonderfully modern furnishings in a contemporary Filipino design style that made the whole experience very special for us.
There are only five villas at Sandy Feet Siargao, so you’ll be able to enjoy the space and privacy that this quiet and serene location has on offer.
Each of these luxury beachfront villas is fully furnished with everything from a kitchenette (with fridge) and hot water running water, to air conditioning and a private porch – perfect for those looking for all of their creature comforts in one place!
There’s also an outdoor shower area which makes it easy after coming back from a day of exploring around town to wash off those ‘sandy feet!’
Family Loft Villa at Sandy Feet Siargao
As a couple, we stayed in the family loft villa as this was the only one with availability at the time of booking. We must say, we were incredibly pleased with the amount of space we had for the two of us and would not hesitate to re-book this villa again!
The dining table is large enough for six people and a great space to use for organizing your essentials ready for the next day.
The bedroom was upstairs with a large king-size bed and two single beds on either side. Due to the sheer size of the loft bedroom, the air conditioning had to work extremely hard to keep the room cool overnight, but it was sufficient.
Our favorite place was the wonderful porch that looks out towards the ocean, making the perfect setting for your early morning coffee whilst watching the sunrise.
The Bathroom at the Family Loft Villa
The downstairs bathroom in the family loft villa was perfect for our needs. In order to have a hot shower, all we needed to do was switch on the immersion heater for 5 minutes before use, and voila – plenty of hot water for two!
The shower pressure is great and there is ample space for storing all of your toiletries and towels.
What amenities/services are available at Sandy Feet Siargao?
We had access to free wifi in our villa which meant that we could still get some work done or geek out online when there were short bursts of rainfall.
Note: Just like the rest of Siargao, wifi is not great and can be frustrating at times, but roaming on 4G is perfectly reliable if you really need to get online.

The Private Beach at Sandy Feet Siargao
On our first day, we arrived a little early at Sandy Feet Villas and our Family Loft Villa wasn’t quite ready for us. So we headed down to the private beach whilst we waited to check-in.
The private beach area was indeed very private, not a single soul in sight! Malinao Beach is generally a very quiet part of the island and far enough from the hustle and bustle of General Luna.
As with most of the beaches around the south, you won’t get an awful lot of swimming done here. Low tide lasts for around six hours, so depending on the time of year you visit, this could make swimming impossible!
We didn’t book Sandy Feet for its beach though, we were using it to explore the rest of the island and it doesn’t take much effort to head down to nicer beaches towards General Luna or Cloud 9.
Without a doubt, the best beach is Alegria Beach and well worth a visit when in Siargao.
Parking at Sandy Feet Siargao
There is free parking at Sandy Feet Siargao should you want to make use of a moped, with plenty of available spaces under a canopy to keep the rain and heat at bay.
What are the staff like?
The staff at Sandy Feet made our stay such a pleasure. They’ll go out of their way to make sure you have everything that’s needed for your stay, yet they are conscious enough not to intrude.
From organizing massages on the beach to providing us with the newest and safest mopeds on the island, no request was too much trouble.
Having such friendly and helpful staff can make a world of difference when it comes to having an enjoyable experience, and they did not fail to deliver.
